Підрядник зобов’язується використати і звітувати (с додаванням усіх необхідних документів) за отриманні кошти строком не більше 90 календарних днів. Попередня оплата на виконання робіт здійснюється шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Підряднику на небюджетні рахунки, відкриті на їх ім’я в органах Казначейства у встановленому законодавством порядку, з подальшим використанням зазначених коштів Підрядником виключно з таких рахунків на цілі, визначені цім договором.
