Description:

Розрахунки з Виконавцем за даним Договором здійснюються Замовником в наступному порядку: в безготівковій формі у національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Виконавця, оплата за виконані роботи - 90% від вартості виконаних робіт (згідно актів прийому-передачі виконаних робіт) протягом 30 днів після підписання акту; остаточний платіж в розмірі 10% від вартості виконаних робіт здійснюється Замовником протягом 30 днів після закінчення підконтрольної експлуатації, у відповідності до п.7.9.20 ГКД 34.20.661-2003 (у редакції Наказу Міненерговугілля України від 15.03.2019р. №124)
