У зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушень, що проявилися в наступному: - допорогові закупівлі не завершені до 19.04.2020 року – терміну введення в дію положень оновленого Закону; - відсутністю самого поняття «допорогових» закупівель в оновленому Законі; - неможливістю прийняття рішення про завершення закупівлі тендерним комітетом, повноваження якого, відповідно до оновленого Закону, є недійсними.
