У зв'язку з введенням в дію з 19.04.2020 нової редакції Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі " у якому зазначено: "...якщо замовник укладає договір після 19 квітня по незавершеній до 19 квітня допороговій закупівлі без проведення спрощеної закупівлі, то це можна вважати недотриманням норм ч. 10 ст. 3 нового Закону". Процедура закупівлі скасовувається, з метою недопущення порушень Закону України у сфері публічних закупівель.
