Остаточний розрахунок 70% здійснюється : Для платників ПДВ: Замовником за надані послуги за умови наявності належним чином оформлених документів, передбачених умовами договору (акт приймання – передачі наданих послуг після кожного заїзду, тощо), що підтверджують надання послуг протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної Виконавцем в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної Виконавця, розрахунок здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником від Виконавця копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної. Для неплатників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює розрахунок за надані послуги за умови наявності належним чином оформлених усіх документів, передбачених умовами договору (акт приймання – передачі наданих послуг після кожного заїзду, тощо), що підтверджують надання послуг, протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів після їх оформлення та підписання
