Фінансування виконаних робіт здійснюється після надходження відповідних бюджетних коштів на рахунок Замовника. Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються в безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Замовником протягом 10 календарних днів на поточний рахунок Підрядника коштів у національній валюті України, на підставі підписаних Сторонами актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (за примірною формою № КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (за примірною формою № КБ-3). У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування Замовник сплачує вартість виконаних робіт протягом 10 банківських днів з моменту поновлення бюджетного фінансування робіт та отримання ним коштів на свій розрахунковий рахунок
