Description:

Розрахунки за цим Договором здійснюються у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування Замовником коштів на поточний рахунок Підрядника за наявності зазначених видатків у фінансовому плані Замовника на відповідний рік. Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюється не пізніше 30 календарних днів з дати підписання акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (примірна форма № КБ-2в) і довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (примірна форма № КБ-3), які підписані уповноваженими представниками Замовника і Підрядника, на підставі отриманого Замовником оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку від Підрядника. Вартість виконаних робіт, що підлягають оплаті, визначається в межах вартості робіт, передбачених договірною ціною, із урахуванням виконаних обсягів робіт та їх вартості за одиницю виміру. Виконання робіт за цим Договором здійснюється виключно в межах фінансування, визначеного фінансовим планом Замовника на відповідний рік. Джерело фінансування закупівлі: власні кошти підприємства.
