19.04.2020 року вступила в дію нова редакція Закону України « Про публічні закупівлі»( далі Закон) Відповідно до рекомендацій, наданних на офіційному порталі оприлюднення інформації про публічні закупівлі України «ProZorro» ( hhtps://infobox.prozorro.org/artiles/chi-vidminyati-doporogovi-zakupivii-pislya-19-kvitnya-2020-roku),допорогова процедура не є процедурою закупівлі в розумінні вказаного Закону. Враховуючи вищевикладене, у разі якщо Замовник не встиг з певних причин укласти договір про закупівлю за результатами допорогової закупівлі до 19.04.23020 року, йому слід відмінити таку допорогову закупівлю.
