Оскільки 19.04.2020 року вступила в дію нова редакція Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» ( далі Закон). Відповідно до рекомендацій, наданних на офіційному порталі оприлюднення інформації про публічні закупівлі України «ProZorro» (hhtps://infobox.prozorro.org/artiles/chi-vidminyati-doporogovi-zakupivii-pislya-19-kvitnya-2020-roku), допорогова процедура не є процедурою закупівлі в розумінні вказаного Закону. Враховуючи вищевикладене, у разі якщо Замовник не встиг з певних причин укласти договір про закупівлю за результатами допорогової закупівлі до 19.04.2020 року включно, йому слід відмінити таку допорогову закупівлю
