Без виплати авансу: Протягом 30 кал. днів з дати підписання сторонами актів виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідки (форма КБ-3). З виплатою авансу: Виплата авансу в розмірі до 30 % від ціни договору здійснюється Замовником після укладення сторонами договору протягом 30 календарних днів з дати отримання Замовником від Підрядника банківської гарантії, за винятком гарантій банків, до яких застосовано персональні спеціальні економічні та інші обмежувальні заходи (санкції) згідно з відповідним рішенням Ради національної безпеки і оборони України, введеним у дію Указом Президента України, або страхову гарантію, видану страховою компанією, яка пройшла відбір у ДП "НАЕК "Енергоатом" у встановленому порядку, або фінансову поруку, або заставу . Кінцевий розрахунок за виконані роботи здійснюється протягом 30 календарних днів з дати підписання сторонами Актів приймання виконаних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних робіт та витрат (форма КБ-3).
