У зв’язку з тим, що договір про закупівлю за результатами електронної допорогової закупівлі не укладено до введення в дію нової редакції Закону, а саме – до 18.04.2020р. включно, відмінити електронну допорогову закупівлю ДК 021:2015 98340000 – 8 «Послуги з тимчасового розміщення (проживання) та офісні послуги», (Послуги з виготовлення та монтування жалюзі) з причини того, що подальше проведення вищезазначеної закупівлі призведе до порушення вимог Закону.
