Description:

Розрахунки за Договором здійснюються після виконання робіт, платежами за виконані роботи по об’єкту у цілому, в безготівковій формі, в національній валюті, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника згідно Акту про вартість виконаних робіт, який Замовник підписує протягом 180 (ста вісімдесяти) календарних днів, з дати підписання Сторонами Акту приймання-здачі робіт. Розрахунки за виконані роботи здійснюються на підставі п. 1 ст. 23 та ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України, протягом 20 днів після підписання Акту про вартість виконаних робіт. КЕКВ – 3210, кошти місцевого бюджету.
