Description:

Оплата у розмірі 100 % ціни здійснюється протягом 180 банківських днів після повного закінчення Робіт Підрядником, та підписання Замовником Акта здачі-приймання Проектної документації. Розрахунок за виконані Роботи Замовник має право здійснити на свій вибір або шляхом перерахування грошових коштів, або шляхом емісії простого векселя (векселів). Вексель (векселі) видаються Замовником на суму фактично виконаних Підрядником Робіт. Номінальна вартість векселя (векселів) не повинна бути більше суми фактично виконаних Робіт. В момент (день) оформлення векселя (векселів) зобов’язання оплатити отримані Роботи у Замовника припиняються та виникає новий обов’язок оплатити вексель (векселі). Вексель (векселі) передаються за актом прийому-передачі. Підрядник зобов’язаний прийняти оформлений вексель (векселі) та підписати акт прийому-передачі.
