Категорія Замовника: відповідно до п.4 ч.4 ст.2 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі", а саме: юридичні особи та/або суб'єкти господарювання, які … здійснюють діяльність в окремих сферах господарювання. Мова (мови), якою (якими) повинні готуватися тендерні пропозиції: під час проведення процедури закупівлі усі документи, що мають відношення до тендерної пропозиції та складаються безпосередньо учасником, викладаються українською мовою.
