всупереч вимог абз. 2 п. 1 розділу ІІ Порядку визначення предмету закупівлі, затвердженого наказом Мінекономіки від 17.03.2016 № 454, що установлює спосіб визначення замовником предмета закупівлі відповідно до норм п. 22 ч. 1 ст. 1 Закону, при плануванні та оголошенні закупівлі UA-2020-05-21-003420-b визначення предмета закупівлі проведено Замовником на основі національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник”, затвердженого наказом Міністерства економічного розвитку і торгівлі України від 23 грудня 2015 року № 1749, не за показником четвертої цифри основного словника.
