Description:

Згідно Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019р. №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджеті кошти» Замовник здійснює попередню оплату (аванс) у розмірі 30% від вартості ціни Договору, шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів Продавцю на небюджетний рахунок, відкритий на його ім’я в органах Казначейства, якій зазначено у розділі 13 цього договору, у встановленому законодавством порядку. Попередня оплата перераховується Постачальнику протягом 20 робочих днів з моменту отримання Замовником листа – звернення від Постачальника. Строк на якій надається попередня оплата становить не більш 90 календарних днів з для перерахування коштів від Замовника. Попередня оплата використовується Постачальником товару виключно з небюджетного рахунку, відкритого на його ім’я в органах Казначейства, якій зазначено у розділі 13 цього договору, на цілі, визначені цім договором, з наданням підтвердних документів органам Державної казначейської служби для здійснення платежів.
