Explanation

було виявлено невідповідність в тендерній документації, умовам Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі», а саме відповідно до вимоги пункту 11 частини другої статті 22 Закону, яким визначено, що строк дії тендерної пропозиції, протягом якого тендерні пропозиції вважаються дійсними має бути не менше 90 днів із дати кінцевого строку подання тендерних пропозицій, а не «…. днів з дати розкриття тендерних пропозицій». У зв’язку з неможливістю усунення порушення, яке виявлено відміняється процедура відкритих торгів на закупівлю «Поточний ремонт спортивних будівель та споруд ГО «Київська міська організація ФСТ «Динамо» України» згідно ДБН А.2.2-3:2014 [код CPV за кодом ДК 021:2015 —45000000-7 Будівельні роботи та поточний ремонт]
