Повторне оголошення у зв'язку із відміною закупівлі UA-2020-05-13-005415-b від 27 травня 2020 року за підстави - відсутність пропозицій. Закупівлю проводить уповноважена особа. Керуючись статтею 14 Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" 922-VIII редакції … Закону № 114-IX від 19.09.2019 яка набрала чинності від 19.04.2020 року, сума річної потреби за предметом закупівлі перевищує 50000,00 грн., враховуючи вищевикладене закупівля проводиться відповідно до статтею 14 Закону (спрощена закупівля). Підстава для проведення закупівлі: на підставі звернення директора КДНЗ № 3 від 07 травня 2020 року на виконання припису ГУ Держпродспоживслужби від 29 грудня 2019 року реєстраційний № 213. Керуючись рекомендаціями МЕРТУ № 3304-04/25806-06 від 21.04.2020, оскільки відповідні поля для введення інформації про Тип замовника, Місцезнаходження замовника відповідно до ч. 4. ст. 2. Закону України "Про публічні закупівлі" 922-VIII редакції Закону № 114-IX від 19.09.2019 яка набрала чинності від 19.04.2020 року на момент публікації змін до річного плану технічно не реалізовані, відповідну інформацію надаємо в полі примітки. Місцезнаходження замовника: 93000, Луганська обл., місто Рубіжне, ПРОСПЕКТ ПЕРЕМОЖЦІВ, будинок 28; Тип замовника: ОРГАН МІСЦЕВОГО САМОВРЯДУВАННЯ.
