Відмінити тендер «Поточний дрібний ремонт пошкоджень, руйнувань та деформацій покриття проїзної частини автомобільних доріг загального користування державного значення Т-04-14 Кам'янське- Петриківка -Магдалинівка на ділянці км 63+020- км 66+740 (окремими ділянками) (45233142-6 ремонт доріг)» (UA-2020-05-28-006911-b) з підстави, що передбачена згідно частини 1 статті 32 Закону, а саме: неможливості усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель з описом таких порушень, які неможливо усунути. В процесі виконання рішення №13509-р/пк-пз від 13.07.2020р сталася технічна помилка, у разі якої неможливо зробити переоцінку тендерної пропозиції ТОВ «Укравтобуд»,а саме відсутня технічна можливість розмістити повідомлення з вимогою про усунення невідповідностей.

Description:

Можливе здійснення попередньої оплати (аванс) у відповідності до Постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 року №1070 «Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти». Попередня оплата здійснюється за рішенням головного розпорядника коштів у розмірі до 30% від річної вартості договору на строк не більше трьох місяців. Використаний аванс погашається на підставі актів виконаних робіт по формі КБ-2, підписаних уповноваженими представниками Сторін. По закінченні зазначеного терміну невикористані суми авансу повертаються Замовнику до відповідного бюджету з нарахуванням річної відсоткової плати на рівні облікової ставки НБУ із застосуванням коефіцієнту 1,2.
