Подальші розрахунки за надані послуги за цим договором, Замовник здійснює, за умови дотримання вимог пп. 6.3.7 та 6.3.8 цього договору, з відстрочкою платежу на строк до 25 (двадцяти п’яти) банківських днів з дня підписання акту здачі-приймання наданих послуг окремо по кожному об’єкту, на підставі виставленого рахунку, з урахуванням попередньої оплати, та з урахуванням, що така оплата здійснюється після реєстрації податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних відповідно до статті 201 Податкового кодексу України.
