Розрахунки проводяться шляхом попередньої оплати Замовником, після пред'явлення Підрядником рахунка на аванс для придбання матеріалів та попередню оплату робіт в розмірі до 50% від договірної ціни, згідно вимог постанови КМУ від 04.12.2019 № 1070. Підрядник впродовж 6-ти місяців, але не пізніше 20.12.2020 р., а в наступному році протягом 6-ти місяців з дня надходження коштів попередньої оплати, підтверджує їх використання за призначенням згідно з актом виконаних робіт за формами КБ-2в, КБ-3.
