Керуючись п.3.12, п.3.13, п.3.14 «Порядку закупівель підприємствами Державного концерну «Укроборонпром», затвердженого Наказом ДК «Укроборонпром» від 29.11.2019 №333 та введеним в дію на ДП «Авіакон» наказом від 27.12.2019 №488, враховуючи службову записку Ініціатора закупівлі щодо відміни Конкурсу, у зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби у закупівлі ТРП, на підставі п.8.29(1), п.8.31 вищевказаного Порядку та відповідно до п.1. р.6 Конкурсної документації по даній закупівлі: - Відмінити Конкурс UA-2020-06-11-000283-b, у зв’язку з відсутністю подальшої потреби у закупівлі ТРП. - Оприлюднити дане рішення Відповідальної особи в системі електронних закупівель «Prozorro», протягом 1 дня.
