На підставі п.5 частини 8 ст.40 Закону України від 25.12.2015 № 922-VIII «Про публічні закупівлі» (із змінами та доповненнями) відмінено переговорну процедуру закупівлі послуги з розподілу електричної енергії для забезпечення потреб в електричній енергії ВМО №1 МП «Сновськ», п.к. «Хоробичі» та ВМО №5 МП «Нові Яриловичі» Північної митниці Держмитслужби на загальну суму 4174 грн. 14 коп. (з ПДВ) (очікуваний обсяг постачання електричної енергії активної- 5000 кВт*год.) у АТ «Українська залізниця» по причині непідписання учасником договору про закупівлю у строк 20 днів (зокрема у разі закупівлі послуги з розподілу електричної енергії) з дня оприлюднення на веб-порталі Уповноваженого органу повідомлення про намір укласти договір за результатами застосування переговорної процедури закупівлі. .
