У зв’язку із скрутною фінансовою ситуацією на підприємстві ПрАТ «Шахта «Надія» і перерозподілом коштів на інші, більш нагальні закупівлі є доцільним визнати процедуру відкритих торгів з публікацією англійською мовою UA-2020-06-16-003134-b по предмету Рештак СП 202 М.06, код національного класифікатора України ДК 021:2015 “Єдиний закупівельний словник” – 42410000-3 — Підіймально-транспортувальне обладнання з очікуваною вартістю 7 128 000.00 грн з ПДВ за загальну кількість 250 штук визнати торгами такими, що не відбулися на підставі статті 32 частини 5 пункту 2: Замовник має право визнати тендер таким, що не відбувся, у разі скорочення видатків на здійснення закупівлі товарів, робіт чи послуг.
