В зв’язку з неможливістю виправлення помилки, що була допущена під час розгляду пропозиції учасника ТОВАРИСТВО З ОБМЕЖЕНОЮ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНІСТЮ "ЕЛТЕХПРО" по спрощеній закупівлі «Продукція, пов’язана з конструкційними матеріалами (Системи прокладки кабелю)» (оголошення № UA-2020-06-23-001954-b), виникли підстави для відміни спрощеної закупівлі відповідно до п.2 ч. 17 ст. 14 Закону (неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства з питань публічних закупівель).
