Тендерна пропозиція учасника не відповідає умовам технічної специфікації та іншим вимогам: - Відповідно до Додатку 4 до тендерної документації у разі постачання обладнання імпортного виробництва (відповідно до специфікації – шасі, протипожежний насос, стволи (монітори) пожежні) учасник у складі тендерної пропозиції надає гарантійний лист – підтвердження від виробника(ів) обладнання про наявність представника виробника на території України (дистриб'ютора, дилера) та забезпечення як гарантійного, так і після гарантійного обслуговування обладнання імпортного походження із зазначенням – адреси авторизованого (сертифікованого виробником) сервісного (них) центру (рів), контактних телефонів, електронної пошти, наявності. Учасником ТОВ "Проектно-виробнича компанія "Конструкторське бюро пожежних та спеціальних машин" пропонується до постачання Шасі МАN. В складі пропозиції ТОВ "Проектно-виробнича компанія "Конструкторське бюро пожежних та спеціальних машин" надано гарантійний лист № 69 від 24.07.2020 року від ТОВ «МАН Трак енд Бас Юкрейн», що є офіційним імпортером виробника транспортних засобів марки MAN (MAN Truck and Bus AG), а не виробником. Таким чином учасником ТОВ "Проектно-виробнича компанія "Конструкторське бюро пожежних та спеціальних машин" не дотримано вимоги проп надання в складі пропозиції гарантійного листа – підтвердження від виробника(ів) обладнання, що не відповідає вимога викладеним в тендернвй документації. - Відповідно до Додатку 4 до тендерної документації учасники в складі пропозиції повинні надати «креслення, малюнки, схеми розміщення обладнання, пофарбування». Учасником ТОВ "Проектно-виробнича компанія "Конструкторське бюро пожежних та спеціальних машин" у складі тендерної пропозиції не надано схеми пофарбування автоцистерни пожежної, що пропонується.
