Згідно календарного плану додатку № 2 до Договору проведення режимних спостережень (моніторингу) за кількістю видобування та якісним складом підземних вод ділянки Старобільська Лиманського родовища (свердловина № К 1656-г) повинно було відбуватися в липні, вересні та листопаді та нажаль з урахуванням оголошення переможця та строків підписання договору згідно ст.14 ч.15 "Про публічні закупівлі" це стає неможливо, тому постала потреба в перегляді кількісного відбору води для проведення випробувань.
