За результатами проведених торгів UA-2020-07-02-001027-c та аукціону, що відбувся 20.07.2020 року на майданчику SmartTender.biz., було визначено переможця яким стало ПрАТ «ВО «Стальканат-Сілур». Також у тендері приймали участь ТОВ «Метизкомплект» та ТОВ "Торговий дім "Квінта", але які не надали усі необхідні документи про їх відповідність кваліфікаційним критеріям. Врахо-вуючи, що листом від 30.07.2020 за №16/580 ПрАТ «ВО «Стальканат-Сілур» відмовилось від підписання договору та беручи до уваги дискваліфікацію інших учасників, виникла необхідність скасувати дані торги.
