Попередня оплата за Послуги здійснюється Замовником у безготівковій формі шляхом перерахування коштів у національній валюті України на поточний рахунок Виконавця протягом 15 (п'ятнадцяти) календарних днів з дати підписання Договору в розмірі 50 % від зазначеної у пункті 3.2 цього Договору суми, на підставі постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04 грудня 2019 року № 1070 "Деякі питання здійснення розпорядниками (одержувачами) бюджетних коштів попередньої оплати товарів, робіт і послуг, що закуповуються за бюджетні кошти" та наказу Міністерства молоді і спорту України 11.06.2020 року № 226 "Про надання дозволу на попередню оплату товарів і послуг".
