Description:

Замовник здійснює оплату послуг (робіт) за рахунок бюджетних коштів, в межах фактичного надходження грошових коштів від головних розпорядників. Замовник може здійснити попередню оплату (аванс) відповідно до Постанови Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019 р. № 1070 зі змінами в розмірі, що не перевищує 30% від вартості річного обсягу послуг на строк не більше 30 календарних днів за умови наявності належним чином оформленого рішення головного розпорядника бюджетних коштів.Перерахування визначеної суми попередньої оплати (авансу) може здійснюватись частинами в межах поточного бюджетного періоду з періодичністю перерахування не частіше ніж один раз на місяць та у разі відсутності непогашеної дебіторської заборгованості. Погашення використаного авансу здійснюється протягом 30 календарних днів але не пізніше кінця поточного бюджетного періоду, якщо попередня оплата здійснюється наприкінці року. Відлік терміну використання авансу починається з дати реєстрації бюджетних фінансових зобов’язань на попередню оплату.

Замовник здійснює платежі за фактично надані послуги (виконані роботи) протягом 5 (п’яти) банківських днів на підставі наступних документів: 1) акту приймання виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-2В), підписаного уповноваженими представниками обох сторін. 2) довідки про вартість виконаних робіт (форма №КБ-3), підписаного уповноваженими представниками обох сторін.
