Description:

Оплата за виконані роботи здійснюються поетапно проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт на підставі актів приймання виконаних робіт. Замовник сплачує вартість прийнятих від Підрядника робіт на підставі підписаних Сторонами Актів приймання-передачі виконаних робіт протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної. Остаточні розрахунки здійснюються після підписання Акту передачі - приймання закінчених робіт протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної, оформленої та зареєстрованої відповідно до вимог чинного законодавства України в Єдиному державному реєстрі податкових накладних.
