На виконання рішення Постійно діючої адміністративної колегії Антимонопольного комітету України з розгляду скарг про порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель від 30.09.2020 №18385-р/пк-пз протоколом тендерного комітету від 12.10.2020 було скасоване рішення тендерного комітету від 04.09.2020 щодо відхилення тендерної пропозиції ТОВ «Амайнд». За результатами повторного розгляду тендерної пропозиції, поданої ТОВ «Амайнд»», було встановлено, що зазначена тендерна пропозиція містить наступні недоліки, які є підставою для відхилення поданої тендерної пропозиції: - у порушення вимог п.3 «Простір зберігання та можливостей розширення системи» п.4 «Деталізовані вимоги щодо технічних характеристик предмету закупівлі» Додатку 4 до Тендерної документації, яким передбачена можливість налаштування показника захисту даних від двох до чотирьох копій, учасником у складі тендерної пропозиції запропоновано ліцензії реплікації об’єктного зберігання даних Nutanix, що не відповідає технічному завданні в пункті 3 «Простір зберігання та можливостей розширення системи (деталізовані вимоги)» Так, Nutanix підтримує лише RF2 або RF3, відповідно 2 або 3 копії, в той час як вимоги Тендерної документації передбачено, що повинна бути можливість налаштування показника захисту даних від двох до чотирьох копій
