Замовник протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня підписання Договору проводить часткову попередню оплату в розмірі 50% від загальної вартості робіт, що зазначена в п. 3.1. Договору, які Підрядник зобов’язується використати на придбання обладнання та матеріалів, необхідних для виконання робіт. Оплата проводиться на підставі рахунку, що надається Підрядником.

Description:

Остаточний розрахунок за виконанні роботи проводяться на підставі первинних облікових документів «Акт приймання виконаних будівельних робіт» (форма №КБ-2в) і «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати» (форма №КБ-3), що підписані обома Сторонами, та на підставі рахунку, що надається Підрядником, в наступному порядку: - протягом 10 (десяти) банківських днів з дня підписання Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт Замовник сплачує 33,33 % від вартості робіт (в разі, якщо Підрядник є платником ПДВ) або проводить остаточний розрахунок, якщо Підрядник не є платником ПДВ.
