Для платників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює розрахунок за фактично надані послуги при умові наявності належним чином оформлених документів, передбачених умовами договору, що підтверджують надання послуг, протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів від дати реєстрації Виконавцем податкової накладної в Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної Виконавця розрахунок здійснюється протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником від Виконавця копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної*. Для неплатників ПДВ: Виконавець здійснює розрахунок за надані послуги протягом 45 (сорока п’яти) банківських днів від дати надання послуг за умови наявності належним чином оформлених документів, передбачених умовами договору.
