Description:
Сторони звільняються від відповідальності за часткове чи повне невиконання зобов'язань за даним договором, якщо це невиконання є наслідком обставин непереборної сили (форс-мажор), що не залежить від волі сторін та перешкоджає виконанню умов договору. Під форс-мажором Сторони розуміють: виробничі пожежі і аварії (крім пожеж і аварій, що виниклі внаслідок порушення правил пожежної безпеки, техніки безпеки на виробництві), стихійні лиха, рішення урядових органів, органів місцевого самоврядування, епідемії, закриття сухопутних чи водних шляхів, тривалі перерви в роботі транспорту, продовження карантину на загальнонаціональному рівні тощо, що заважають виконанню даного договору. У цьому випадку строк виконання (або припинення) договірних зобов'язань та порядок фінансування можуть бути продовжені на час дії даних обставин, про що в договорі вносяться зміни відповідно до чинного законодавства та між Сторонами оформляються додаткові угоди.
