Description:

Оплата вартості програмної продукції за договором здійснюється покупцем шляхом перерахування суми, зазначеної в договорі, на поточний рахунок постачальника протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дати постачання програмного забезпечення за актом приймання-передачі за умови надходження фактичного бюджетного фінансування видатків на рахунок покупця у 2020 році. У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку покупця бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату програмної продукції, покупець проводить оплату програмної продукції протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок покупця. Усі розрахунки за договором здійснюються в національній валюті України.
