Description:

Відповідно до чинного законодавства, Замовник може надати Підряднику попередню оплату у розмірі до 100% вартості річного обсягу послуг на строк до 90 календарних днів у встановленому законодавством порядку протягом 10 робочих днів з дня отримання рахунку, шляхом спрямування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника. Датою надання попередньої оплати вважається дата зарахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника. Датою надання попередньої оплати вважається дата зарахування коштів на рахунок Підрядника. Ненадання попередньої оплати не впливає на строк надання послуг за Договором. Виконавець зобов’язується використати одержану попередню оплату в визначений строк, що буде підтверджено документами, визначеними в п .4.1 цього Договору. По закінченню терміну використання попередньої оплати, невикористані суми попередньої оплати повертаються Замовнику у той же день. Попередня оплата в межах визначеного строку та розміру, може здійснюватись без обмежень кількості платежів на цілі, що згідно з Договорам передбачається надати протягом терміну дії Договору. Після отримання попередньої оплати у сумі менше ніж 100% вартості річного обсягу робіт Підрядник має право надавати до оплати документи, визначені у п. 4.1. цього Договору та отримувати проміжні платежі не зараховуючи суми, вказані у таких документах в погашення отриманої попередньої оплати.
