Відмінити тендер на закупівлю послуг за предметом Код за ДК 021:2015 (CPV 2008) - 71330000-0 - Інженерні послуги різні (паспортизація водних об’єктів, розташованих на території Полтавської області) (Лот №1 – 44 водних об’єктів; Лот №2 - 65 водних об’єктів) по Лоту 1 та Лоту 2 на підставі пункту 2 частини 1 статті 32 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі» через неможливість усунення порушень, що виникли через виявлені порушення законодавства у сфері публічних закупівель, а саме розкриття інформації про ціну тендерної пропозиції учасника процедури закупівлі ТОВ «Терратоп» по Лоту 1 та Лоту 2 на етапі, коли таке розкриття не повинно відбуватись, про що зазначено в частині 1 статті 28 Закону України «Про публічні закупівлі».
