У випадку відсутності на розрахунковому рахунку абонента бюджетного фінансування видатків, призначених на оплату послуг, абонент проводить оплату наданих послуг протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів з дня надходження відповідного бюджетного фінансування на рахунок абонента.
