Оскільки під час публікації оголошення від 21 липня 2020 року про проведення Закупівлі замовником була допущена неточність в тендерній документації щодо вимоги забезпечення тендерної пропозиції, а саме оголошення в електронній системі закупівель не містило відомостей щодо вимог забезпечення тендерної пропозиції, натомість файл ТД містить відомості щодо вимог забезпечення тендерної пропозиції. Наразі у замовника відсутня законодавча та технічна можливість внесення змін до ТД. П.2 ч1. ст.32 Закону
