Оплата за Товар здійснюється шляхом перерахування грошових коштів з поточного рахунку Покупця п'ятнадцяти банківських днів з дати підписання видаткової накладної на Товар та на підставі отриманого Покупцем оригіналу належним чином оформленого рахунку від Постачальника за умови (відкладальна обставина згідно з ч. 1 ст. 212 Цивільного кодексу України) затвердження фінансового плану Покупця на відповідний календарний рік (Постанова Кабінету Міністрів України від 03.10.2012 № 899) та наявності в ньому витрат на закупівлю Товару, що є предметом Договору.
