Description:

Оплата за виконані будівельні роботи здійснюються Замовником на підставі двосторонньо підписаних Актів приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (примірна форма КБ-2в) та Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат (примірна форма КБ-3), шляхом перерахування грошових коштів, в розмірі вартості виконаних робіт, на поточний рахунок Підрядника протягом 45 календарних днів з моменту підписання Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт, Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат, за умови реєстрації Підрядником податкової накладної в ЄРПН. При застосуванні Підрядником касового метода нарахування ПДВ, у випадку відсутності реєстрації Підрядником податкової накладної в ЄРПН протягом терміну, встановленого п.201.10 ПКУ від дати перерахування грошових коштів Замовником, Підрядник на підставі письмової вимоги Замовника повертає грошові кошти в розмірі суми ПДВ. У разі неповернення грошових коштів в розмірі суми ПДВ, Підрядник зобов’язаний сплатити штраф за невиконання такого обов’язку в розмірі суми неповерненого ПДВ.
