Відповідно до ч. 3 ст. 31 Закону повідомлення про відміну торгів оприлюднюється в електронній системі закупівель замовником протягом одного дня з дня прийняття замовником відповідного рішення та автоматично надсилається усім учасникам електронною системою закупівель.
