Description:

3.1. Усі розрахунки між Сторонами здійснюються у національній валюті України. Розрахунки здійснюються в безготівковому порядку у відповідності до ст. 49 Бюджетного кодексу України після отримання товару та пред'явлення Учасником видаткової накладної на оплату товару, оформленої належним чином (завіреної печаткою, підписом тощо). 3.2. Розрахунки за товар здійснюються на умовах відстрочки платежу протягом 30 банківських днів з дня поставки (передачі) товару. 3.3. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) банківських днів з дати отримання Замовником бюджетного призначення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
