Description:

Попередня оплата за роботи, що є предметом цього договору, здійснюється відповідно до вимог, встановлених постановою Кабінету Міністрів України від 04.12.2019р. №1070 та визначена головним розпорядником бюджетних коштів. Попередня оплата надається за заявкою Підрядника при наявності фінансових ресурсів, у розмірі, що не перевищує 30 відсотків вартості річного обсягу робіт. Попередня оплата може здійснюватися частково з періодичністю перерахування не частіше ніж один раз на місяць та у разі відсутності непогашеної дебіторської заборгованості. Підрядник зобов’язується використати кожну частину попередньої оплати протягом трьох місяців після отримання. У випадку настання дати завершення бюджетного року або строку виконання робіт визначеного Договором менш ніж три місяці Підрядник зобов’язується використати отриману оплату до спливу цього терміну Не пізніше останнього дня вказаного строку, невикористані суми попередньої оплати Підрядник повертає на рахунок Замовника в органі Казначейства. Використання попередньої оплати підтверджуються ф. КБ-2в, ф.КБ-3. Попередня оплата здійснюється шляхом спрямування бюджетних коштів на небюджетні рахунки Підрядника, відкриті в органах Казначейства та використовується ним у встановленому законодавством порядку.

Description:

Розрахунки проводяться шляхом оплати Замовником після підписання Сторонами «Акту виконаних будівельних робіт» (ф. КБ-2в). До акта приймання додається «Довідка про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрат» (ф.КБ-3). Оплата виконаних робіт проводиться поетапно проміжними платежами в міру виконання робіт і здійснюється їх приймання-передавання з оформленням актів за формою КБ-2в. Поетапна оплата здійснюється Замовником за умови фактичного надходження бюджетних коштів в межах виділених бюджетних асигнувань.
