Пункт 4.3 договору - Розрахунки за виконані роботи у розмірі до 70% від загальної вартості Договору здійснюються протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів після подання Підрядником "Акту здачі-приймання виконаних проектних, вишукувальних та додаткових робіт" (у редакції ДСТУ Б Д.1.1-7:2013 Додаток Н), підписаного уповноваженими представниками Сторін вартість та обсяг яких визначається на підставі наданої проєктної документації (в електронному та паперовому вигляді на вимогу Замовника) та згідно виконавчого кошторису, але у будь якому разі, при наявності коштів передбачених на ці цілі, шляхом перерахування коштів на розрахунковий рахунок Підрядника по мірі надходження коштів.

Пункт 4.6 договору - Остаточний розрахунок за виконані роботи з розробки проєктної документації (30% від загальної вартості Договору) здійснюється Замовником протягом 10 (десяти) робочих днів по мірі надходження коштів після отримання позитивного експертного звіту та передачі результату виконаних робіт у повному обсязі, а саме позитивного експертного звіту та документів визначених у п. 8.9 Договору, що підтверджуються накладною про їх передачу, на підставі Акту здачі - приймання виконаних проектних, вишукувальних та додаткових робіт, виконавчого кошторису на загальний обсяг виконаних робіт.
