Description:

Для платників ПДВ: Замовник здійснює оплату в строк не менше 45 банківських днів з дати реєстрації податкової накладної Підрядником у Єдиному реєстрі податкових накладних, але не пізніше 20.01.2021 року. У випадку зупинення реєстрації податкової накладної Підрядника, розрахунок здійснюється в строк не менше 45 банківських днів з дня отримання Замовником від Підрядника копії рішення про реєстрацію податкової накладної. Оплата здійснюється за умови наявності належним чином оформлених та підписаних Сторонами Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3), Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Акту про витрати підрядника, що пов’язані з придбанням устаткування. Для неплатників ПДВ : Замовник здійснює оплату в строк не менше 45 банківських днів з дати підписання Сторонами Довідки про вартість виконаних будівельних робіт та витрати (форма КБ-3), Акту приймання виконаних будівельних робіт (форма КБ-2в) та Акту про витрати підрядника, що пов’язані з придбанням устаткування, але не пізніше 20.01.2021 року
