Розрахунки за надані послуги з Технічного нагляду здійснюються Замовником на підставі підписаного з обох Сторін Акта приймання наданих послуг упродовж 5 банківських днів з дати прийняття Об’єкта в експлуатацію, якою є дата реєстрації органом державного будівельно-архітектурного контролю відповідної декларації про готовність до експлуатації об'єкта, що за класом наслідків (відповідальності) належить до об'єктів з незначними наслідками (СС1). Вид закупівлі:Спрощена закупівля - для замовників, визначених у пунктах 1-3 частини першої статті 2 Закону, якщо вартість предмета закупівлі товару (товарів), послуги (послуг) менше ніж 200 тисяч гривень, а робіт - 1,5 мільйона гривень; Єдиним критерієм оцінки пропозицій на дану закупівлю є ціна - 100 %.
