4.3. Оплата за Договором здійснюється в такому порядку: - фактично надані Послуги підлягають оплаті протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів з моменту затвердження Замовником Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку за умови виконання підпунктів 6.3.4–6.3.6 Договору. 4.4. При наданні Послуг з ремонту, які потребують встановлення запасних частин (при попередньому погодженні їх вартості із Замовником), оплата здійснюється в такому порядку: - протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після погодження Сторонами вартості запасних частин на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку Замовником може здійснюватися попередня оплата в розмірі 50% від вартості запасних частин; - остаточний розрахунок здійснюється на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку протягом 15 (п’ятнадцяти) банківських днів після підписання Сторонами Акта приймання-передачі наданих послуг за умови виконання вимог підпунктів 6.3.4–6.3.6 Договору.
