4.1.1. протягом десяти банківських днів з моменту підписання Договору на підставі рахунку, виставленого Виконавцем, сплачується попередня оплата у розмірі 50% від вартості основних робіт за Договором;

Description:

4.1.2. остаточний розрахунок здійснюється протягом десяти банківських днів після остаточного схвалення технічної документації Регістром судноплавства України та затвердження Замовником акта приймання-передачі виконаних робіт за Договором. 4.2. Вартість додаткових робіт сплачується наступним чином: 4.2.1. Протягом десяти банківських днів з моменту підписання відповідної додаткової угоди, відповідно до п. 6.6. Договору, може бути сплачено 50 % від вартості визначених додаткових робіт на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку. 4.2.2. Протягом десяти банківських днів з моменту затвердження Виконавцем Акта приймання-передачі виконаних додаткових робіт за відповідною додатковою угодою на підставі виставленого Виконавцем рахунку здійснюється остаточний розрахунок за виконані додаткові роботи за умови виконання вимог пп. 7.3.5– 7.3.7 Договору.
